Dr Meadhbh is a counselling psychologist who specialises in bespoke personal therapy tailored to the needs of each individual client she sees. Dr Meadhbh skilfully incorporates evidence-based techniques from the person-centred approach, psychodynamic theory, and cognitive behavioural therapy. Experience And Qualifications
Dr Meadhbh has a BSc (Hons) in psychology, an MSc (merit) in the psychology and neuroscience of mental health, and a PsychD in counselling psychology. She has over a decade of experience working with people with mental health difficulties, which includes extensive NHS experience – in neurology, mental health, forensic mental health, and specialist CAMHS – as well as in the education sector and charity work.
