NHS delivery scope
Private Therapy Clinic delivers NHS-funded services across a wide clinical scope: ADHD and autism assessments for children and adults (including combined neurodevelopmental assessments and ADHD medication titration), talking therapies, learning disability assessments, medico-legal assessments, and expert witness testimony. Pathways are delivered through a hybrid in-person and secure online model with multi-disciplinary clinical oversight from consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, and specialist nurses, supported by a dedicated patient services team. Shared care arrangements with NHS primary care are available where clinically indicated.

Dr Becky Spelman is Clinical Director and Founder of Private Therapy Clinic, established in 2011. She holds overall clinical governance authority across all NHS-funded pathways, oversees the multi-disciplinary clinical team, and is accountable for NICE-aligned pathway design, clinical audit, and outcome reporting. HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist and BPS Chartered Psychologist.
