Experience
Dina has over 5 years of experience working as a counsellor and coach within a rehabilitation centre in Italy, as well as co-managing residential homes for people experiencing mental health issues. She also has experience working with children and developed her understanding of how our childhood experiences can affect us now, and how to move past this and develop more positive ways of thinking and behaving whilst coaching groups of girls.
She currently manages weekly addiction meetings for individuals and families experiencing depression, anxiety, and addictions, and works to understand family dynamics and unhealthy patterns behind relationships that enable addiction. In addition to this Dina oversees and guides the detox process of entry into a non-profit rehabilitation centre, and works with families and individuals undergoing this transition.
She is the trustee of the English branch of an Italian non-profit rehabilitation centre and is responsible for initiating outreach programs and initiatives such as interviews and public speaking.
