Consultation/therapy room hire details – £2.50 per week registration Fee, no deposit.

We currently have 2 consultation rooms available in London for hire for qualified professionals (you will need to email us over your professional indemnity insurance certificate and sign the room hire contract before the date of your first booking).

Treatment times can be booked in a minimum slot of 1 hour and can extend for up to the whole day (please contact us if you wish to book the whole day).

Provided in every Therapy room
- A water cooler with cups.
- Tissues.
- Clipboard
- Clock.
- Side Lamps to create an ambient atmosphere.
- Each room has a different colour scheme so you can be sure to find a consultation room that is to your liking.
Ad hoc booking

We require full payment by using our online booking system for each bookings, paid at the time of each ad hoc booking.

Cancelation policy: 48 hours notice

Regular weekly slots

Regular weekly slots are paid at the start of each month in advance.

Cancelation policy: 1 months notice.

Please enter the room 10 minutes before you are due to start and leave 10 minute before the hour (we work using the therapeutic hour of 50 minutes).
