Everything from the first email to the final session ran smoothly. Becky and Dr Rossi were so lovely, easy to arrange sessions with and were genuinely wonderful! I cannot thank Dr Rossi enough for helping me to get to sleep at night and dramatically altering the way I perceive, process and act on my thoughts, feelings and emotions. I was given a complete explanation of everything from the brain processes, my thoughts, physical responses and perceptions and I really feel I have come away from my sessions in an extremely positive light. I have and will recommend your therapy clinic to everyone who asks!

My therapy session was simply great. I’ve previously had counselling sessions in other clinics but I have never left any of those feeling better straight away. My therapist gave me tips and suggested the ways of dealing with my problems that I could implement right away. She’s explained everything to me using very simple examples, which helped me realise straight away how much I am actually overthinking everything. I definitely recommend this clinic and my therapist – Dr. Daniela Rossi

Dr Daniela was very knowledgeable, insightful and an excellent listener. She helped me overcome postnatal depression.

Being a typical man I never thought I would need the assistance of talking therapies. When I realized I did I called the Private Therapy Clinic and from the first telephone introduction to my first appointment the service was excellent and the clinicians very understanding. My session was with Dr Daniela Rossi. Speaking to someone that did not know me and was objective was the most helpful thing I could do to help me deal with what was bothering me. Dr Rossi’s ability to pick out core personality traits within half an hour of meeting me was very impressive. Ultimately the session was a great success. The day after my session a colleague actually said that when they saw me that morning I looked like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders, and that is exactly what Dr Rossi did, provided me a safe platform to ‘get it all out’ and that is what I did. After my session the problem bothered me less and less and is now a distant memory. I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic.

I have been struggling with a number of personal issues for as long as I can remember and recently everything got a bit too overwhelming. I always knew that I would benefit greatly from therapy but I could never quite pluck up the courage to make the call and arrange something. I am so glad that I finally did. My experience with the clinic so far has been great. I’ve found everyone to be incredibly patient, understanding and supportive and I can feel a weight being lifted off my shoulders. I would definitely encourage anyone who feels like they need someone to talk to, for whatever reason, to pick up the phone and make an appointment.

First impressions are all positive- the communication from the clinic is always very fast and efficient and they are quick to answer any queries. My therapist is very easy to talk to and it is a welcoming environment.

Infidelity And How Therapy Can Help

Some researchers point out that sexual monogamy is not common in the animal world but is instead a construct of human beings that tends to conflict with the biological desire for multiple sexual partners. Despite this fact, many people continue to aspire to such ideals and many cultures throughout the world demand sexual fidelity by harshly punishing those who stray.......

How do we spot a Personality Disorder?

I generally feel uneasy talking about client’s problems using diagnosis, as I don’t think this necessarily helps clients make sense of their difficulties. However, I’m also aware that sometimes clients find comfort in receiving a diagnosis, something that instantly materialises their internal struggle; seeing their difficulties becoming real and “finally out”, not just in their head.....
