Linda Vlasaku’s areas of expertise:

  • Treating clients with moderate to severe depression and anxiety disorders including, OCD, generalised anxiety, Panic, PTSD, social anxiety, health anxiety, addictions, low self-esteem and phobias.
  • Utilising a range of evidence-based CBT interventions including cognitive restructuring, behavioural activation, exposure therapy, behavioural experiments, based on the most appropriate CBT model for the presenting problem.
  • Utilising methods from third-wave therapies including mindfulness, acceptance and commitment, and compassion focused therapies.
